Everyday life is always busy, sometimes makes you feel tired and depressed. You will have fun and life happier if you follow the following. 


1. Set aside 10-30 minutes walk every day helps your body supple and relaxed

2. Sit quietly for 10 minutes each day to meditate and create quiet space for yourself.
